Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Rolled Runners! We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer refunds or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@enterhotbox.com and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange.

Please note that shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 days.
